Overview of the process:
Step 1: Estimate or Repair Plan
Examine the damage and provide an estimate for each aspect with the known variables. Normally the hidden damages are seen after the vehicle is disassembled.
Step 2: Part Acquisition
Original Parts order is placed before your scheduled drop off date, this allows us to see what parts issues we may have, if parts are back ordered or discontinued we will have a better idea of whether or not we need to reschedule you.
Step 3: Prewash and Mapping
The fist thing we do when you drop off your vehicle on your schedule appointment date is prewash and inspection. This allows up to address any check engine lights, perform a pre-scan of your electronics, note any prior damage, and map the vehicle for the technician.
Step 4: Disassembly
During this process, we prep your vehicle for repair, and should any hidden damage be found we will schedule with the insurance company to re-inspect the vehicle and order any supplemental parts.
Step 5: Structure Repair
With any accident, the structural damage must be repaired first. Our computer-based measurement system will analyze the frame of your vehicle and we will compare that data to the manufacturer specifications. Once we have the vehicle back to the manufacture requirements, we can go onto body repair.
Step 6: Body Repair/Cosmetic Repairs
From exterior panels to interior finishing’s we will put your vehicle back to factory finish.
Step 7: Paint
Paint matching and preparation in the refinishing process including primer, paint, and seal to ensure the best quality product.
Step 8: Reassembly
Final assembly and system checks.
Step 9: Detailing
Thorough cleaning of any dust, dirt etc. We then road test the vehicle to ensure that everything is working properly before the final inspection.
Step 10: Final Inspection
Our management team double checks all aspects of the repair ensuring our high-quality standards have been met.
Step 11: Completion Delivery is our final step in the repair process. We will review the work done, billing and the final paperwork for you and or the insurance carrier.
