Shadow Lake Collision Center is proud to serve the greater Omaha area with two convenient locations in Papillion and Omaha. As a family-owned and operated business, we’ve built our reputation on quality repairs, honest service, and treating every customer like family.
Our story began when Eric was a young boy helping his family work on a small fleet of over-the-road trucks in Maryville, Missouri. The family eventually owned an auto body repair shop in Des Moines, Iowa, where Eric spent his summers learning the trade. In 1994, Eric moved to Bellevue, Nebraska, and worked in collision repair shops throughout the metro until 2004, when he purchased an existing collision repair shop in South Omaha.
In 2008, Eric and Roma opened Shadow Lake Collision in Papillion. They operated both shops until 2012, when they sold the South Omaha location to focus on raising their two boys, Kale and Owen. In 2023, Kale and Owen graduated from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln with business degrees and soon after joined Shadow Lake Collision’s management team.
In January 2024, the family purchased the H&H Kia building at 84th and F Streets and opened their second location in June 2025.
